Business stratagem
Business Stratagem is Johnston Carmichael's strategic business planning tool, which enables business owners to evaluate their long-term objectives and look at the steps they need to take to achieve their desired outcome.
To ensure you are free from interruption we arrange an away-day in comfortable and relaxed surroundings, where you will work through a series of topics with an experienced adviser and facilitator. At the end of the session, you will have created a workbook of ideas and goals, as well as an action plan and timetable. Based on the ideas and goals agreed on the day, your facilitator will then prepare a detailed strategic plan for you that summarises the desired outcome, and highlights key personal and business goals, along with required actions and associated timescales.
It doesn't just stop there though. To ensure you get maximum benefit from Business Stratagem and that your report doesn't end up on a shelf gathering dust, we provide coaching and regular follow up on your action plan.
