Arlene has experience of advising predominately privately owned businesses, across a variety of sectors and has particular expertise in the area of technology.

Overview

Since joining the firm in 2007, Arlene specialises in the provision of transaction support services and has considerable experience in delivering due diligence transactions to companies, banks and external equity providers investing in companies operating across a wide range of sectors.  She also has experience in corporate investigations, valuations, disposals and fundraising.
