Sector Experience

David leads the firm's specialist pension's team and also specialises in audit services to large privately owned companies. He has a particular focus on food manufacturing, construction and FSA regulated entities and he provides pro-active technical advice to clients and expertise in complex group structures.

Overview

David joined the firm on graduation from the University of Aberdeen in 1999 as a CA student. He qualified in 2002 and joined the firm's firm's lead audit team for providing training, technical support and strategic development in 2004. He was promoted to Director in 2007 and Partner in 2011, and now is Head of Audit. Although David is Elgin based, he provides a firm-wide service and also acts as lead auditor for a portfolio of clients in our Edinburgh and Inverurie offices.
