Overview

A member of the ICAS Insolvency Committee, he has been an appointment taking Insolvency Practitioner for over six years and has particular expertise in solvent liquidations.  Having acted as trustee in nearly 2,000 personal insolvency cases and acted as liquidator, administrator and receiver in numerous corporate appointments he is also one of the few Insolvency Practitioners in Scotland who can claim to have completed a successful Company Voluntary Arrangement allowing the business in question to continue trading.  He joined Johnston Carmichael in 2011 as director in charge of insolvency in the Glasgow office.
