Overview

Graham joined Johnston Carmichael in 1997 as VAT and PAYE specialist, prior to which, he worked for Leeds City Council as Taxation Manager and was a Member of the National VAT Consultation Committee. Graham was appointed a partner in the firm in 2001 and was appointed Head of Tax in July 2008. Graham is also a Director of Johnston Carmichael Business Services and regularly presents talks and training courses on VAT and payroll issues.
