Overview

James has 5 years' experience working on a wide range of Corporate Finance transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, MBO's and MBI's.  He has also been responsible for numerous financial modelling, due diligence and share valuation exercises.  Prior to joining Johnston Carmichael, James worked in Corporate Finance with a mid-tier firm in Edinburgh and prior to that for one of the 'big 4' firms in Edinburgh.
