Overview

Jamie joined Johnston Carmichael in October 2010 following 16 years with Clydesdale Bank PLC having held roles in retail banking, business banking, corporate banking and leveraged credit before taking up the position of Director, Corporate & Structured Finance, Aberdeen in 2005.  This role predominately involved sourcing and structuring corporate finance transactions and the associated bank debt packages and participation in multi bank club banking arrangements for major Corporates.  

With over 16 years’ banking experience, the last 5 years in corporate finance, Jamie has a significant track record in debt structuring, refinancing, multi bank financing, deal execution particularly acquisitions, disposals, management buy outs across a number of sectors.
